About Us
MatchPoint Global is the brainchild of services marketing and business acceleration expert, Sean Westwood, who has enjoyed decades of success growing businesses in a number of industries.
With a deep finance and operational background, combined with exposure to US customer service techniques, Sean realised while he was completing a Masters degree in Marketing that he had a particular affinity with services marketing, complementing industry analysis expertise.
With a deep finance and operational background, combined with exposure to US customer service techniques, Sean realised while he was completing a Masters degree in Marketing that he had a particular affinity with services marketing, complementing industry analysis expertise.
He subsequently achieved great success as CEO of Australian online service quotes pioneer, Quotify, rapidly accleerating its growth before successful acquisition by telco giant Telstra/ Sensis in 2011. He then established MatchPoint Global in Sydney, Australia before launching in London in 2014.
